Gently pry with a small word screw knife in a circle.Then clamp the lower half of the electronic thickening body with pliers and turn the upper part forcefully.As you turn the plunger of the electronic enrichment valve can be clearly seen to be extending out slowly.Adjust it to the point where the cold car closes the enrichment channel by about 1/3 (that is, close by 1/3 and open by 2/3).

Then install the electronically enriched valve body back to the seat and install the electronically enriched valve assembly onto the carburetor.
