working principle

The throttle position sensor is installed on the throttle body and connected to the throttle valve. Inside the throttle position sensor's resistor is a sliding potentiometer. The potentiometer's sliding contact is driven by the throttle shaft. Different throttle openings and different resistance values of the potentiometer can convert the throttle opening into resistance or voltage signals and send them to the microcomputer. Through the microcomputer throttle position sensor, an analog signal representing the continuous change of all opening angles of the throttle valve from fully closed to fully open can be obtained, as well as the rate of change of the throttle opening, so that the operating conditions of the engine can be judged more accurately and the control can be improved. Precision and effectiveness. In order to accurately detect the signal of the idle state (throttle valve fully open state), the integrated throttle position sensor has an idle contact. When the throttle is completely closed, the idle output contact is connected and the sensor outputs an idle signal.
